Malaga Car Hire Car can only be Drive in Spain, and must be returned to our office in Malaga Airport, to other addresses off returns, please ask.
Our discounted prices include:
- Unlimited mileage.
- CDW (partial collision damage waiver).
- T.P. (Partial theft waiver)
- P.A.I. (Partial accident assistance insurance).
- V.A.T. 18 %.
- 24 hours road assistance.
- Pick-up and drop-off at Malaga Airport, free of charge during opening hours (from 9:00 to 21:00).
- Airport taxes.
- Extra drivers.
- Cancellation with no charge.
Deposit: A current credit card will be requested upon delivery of the vehicle (Visa, Master Card or American express) or cash deposit depending group.
Out of Hours:
Malaga Car Hire is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week, but for arrivals between 21:00 and 09:00 hours, in common with nearly all car hire companies operating at the airport, a late meeting charge of 15€.
Additional driver: Free of charge.
Baby Seat / Booster Seat: Must be requested at the time of booking, subject availability. 2€ per day with a maximum of 20€ per rental contract. These must be delivered in the same condition as delivered, otherwise it will pay a penalty of 80€.
GPS / navigator: on request, at 5€ per day, minimum 15€, maximum 50€ per rental contract; a deposit of € 100,00 will be required, refundable, if back as received.
Fuel Policy: Vehicles are supplied with a full tank for which a deposit is charged. This is refunded in full if the vehicle is returned with a full tank. If, during your hire, you put the incorrect fuel into the car; ie petrol into a diesel car (or vice versa) then you will be liable for any associated costs (which may be substantial).
Split Seasons: If a booking falls over "split seasons" the price is determined by the start date; no increase or reduction applies.
Minimum rental period: 3 days. Rentals under 7 days are charged at a daily rate of 1/5 the weekly rate. If vehicles are returned more than 4 hours after the start time, then clients will be charged an additional day's rental.
Minimum Age: Driver´s minimum age is 23 years.
Young Driver (19-22 years): Autos Malaga offers young drivers aged 19-22 years (who must be holding a driving license since one year, at least) the possibility to drive a vehicle from certain car groups, only, by acquiring an additional insurance at the cost of 5€ per day.
CDW plus: This insurance covers damage to wheels, glass, keys at a daily rate of 3€/day (deposit required depending on the group booked, if the concepts have not insured).
